During events that require prolonged sitting, the body often remains in the same position for hours, resulting in muscular tension. This can lead to back, shoulder and neck pain, as well as to headaches and difficulties concentrating. To counteract this, you will perform effective mobilization, stabilization and relaxation exercises together with a coach. The goal is to (re)increase concentration through movement and to interrupt the sedentary time. Join in and treat yourself to some relaxation, movement and fitness in between the presentations. It is not necessary to change clothing to participate in this break, as sweating is kept to a minimum.
